Information regarding downtime & maintanence in each location operated by ELHS.
We're performing the final set of UK network changes as part of our migration & upgrades in our new London location. These changes will include re-configuring the networking, configuring site-wide service monitoring and performing the final IP changes that were outlined to customers in our service changes email. During the time period of 9am-5pm on Thursday the 19th and Friday the 20th of July, the network should be considered to be at risk while modifications are being conducted. While downtime is expected during the network & IP changes, we do not predict that downtime should exceed 30 minutes during the time period of 11am-2pm.
